We accept most high-resolution file types, including PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI. For best results, submit a file at 300 DPI with a transparent background if possible.

Yes! If you’re unsure how to format your artwork, we’re happy to help clean up or prep your file during the proofing process — at no extra cost.

Once you approve your proof, orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Larger orders may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
